A 16-year-old male was hospitalized after being stabbed multiple times by three unknown men in Woodbridge on Saturday night, according to the Prince William County Police Department.
The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. on April 20, 2024, in the 14800 block of Hedgewood Drive. Police reported that the victim was walking in the area when he was approached by three men. An altercation ensued, during which the teenager was stabbed.
The suspects then fled the scene on foot. Emergency services were called, and the victim was transported to a local hospital with injuries that were described as serious but non-life-threatening.
Police have not yet released descriptions of the suspects. The investigation into the incident is ongoing, and authorities are asking anyone with information to contact the Prince William County Police Department.
