Prince William County police are renewing their appeal to the public for information related to the unsolved murder of a Woodbridge woman, which occurred 37 years ago this month.
The victim, then 26-year-old Martha Louise Bowen, was found deceased in August 1989. According to authorities, her body was discovered on a utility access road, approximately 120 feet from the intersection of Hoadly Road and Old Compton Road in Manassas. The discovery was made at 6:40 AM on August 21, 1989.
