Prince William County police are seeking a man suspected of illegally filming a woman in a Manassas hotel bathroom on Monday. The incident occurred on April 22, 2024.
According to Prince William County police, officers responded to a hotel in the 10800 block of Balls Ford Rd in Manassas to investigate a report of an illegal filming. The victim, an adult woman, informed police that she was using the hotel bathroom when she noticed a cell phone being held over the top of the stall, actively recording her.
Police identified the suspect as Luis Edgardo Sanchez-Portillo, 34, of Manassas. Warrants have been obtained for Sanchez-Portillo, charging him with unlawful filming. As of the time of the police report, Sanchez-Portillo had not been apprehended.
