Police identified the motorcyclist as 36-year-old Donald Anthony Pinson Jr. of Woodbridge. He was operating a 2017 Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle when the collision took place with a 2005 Peterbilt dump truck, driven by a 54-year-old male from Warrenton. The dump truck driver remained on the scene.
