A Manassas man was arrested Thursday, June 13, and charged with indecent exposure after an incident at a Target store in Prince William County. According to the Prince William County Police Department, the suspect exposed himself to a female juvenile inside the store.
The incident reportedly occurred on Thursday afternoon, June 13, at the Target located at 14000 Shoppers Best Way in Gainesville. Police responded to the scene after receiving a report. Following an investigation, officers identified and arrested the suspect.
The suspect, identified as 28-year-old Michael Anthony Martinez Jr. of Manassas, was taken into custody without incident. He was charged with indecent exposure and is being held without bond. Police records indicate that Martinez was previously released on bond in April pending trial for an unrelated felony charge involving a minor.
The Prince William County Police Department continues to investigate the matter.
